A day in the life...

My hubby is amazing. He is so willing to jump right in and be a part of Annie's life even if it's the part that involves midnight baths and hospital runs. Already I can see Annie turning on me. I knew it would happen, but this soon? Why can't I be the favorite forever? ...Because her dad is the incredible Q, that's why (...and before Leave it to Beaver shows up- I settled on the word incredible because he put up with a random RANDOM but severe and intense week of moody wife followed by sick Annie and he's still here!).

Annie is doing better. At least, she's starting to eat her toes again. She's still bad sick though. Q put her to bed while I made a NEW BLOG to add to the list of many last night. So I've been blogging a heap lately, just not here. Anyhow- we've narrowed the culprit of Annie's travails to the Dixie College BBall game we took her to last week. No more of that please. It's been a rough and sleepless week. Add to the top of it that last night I had homework from my job until 4 am and Q had night calls until 7 plus we've both been working almost everyday for the last two weeks. We are tired. All three of us. Happy, but tired. Oh, and it's worth mentioning that in the chaos of it all, our house is marginally clean!

Last week while Q was out of town on business Annie and I went to the cabin with Ydnic, Meg, and Grandma Polly. We vegged the entire time, watched Casablanca, Annie took a bath, and every last one of us slept in.

We decided to dig through a chest of our vintage clothes. GPo's memory is amazing. She's got a story for every dress. Plus, I found some more AMAZING dresses for Annie. You are going to flip over them. Pics coming soon.

She's so dang cute. Is her hair getting lighter or is it just the lamp shining on her in those top photos? I'm glad she's doing better. That's the worst when they are so little.
